After learning about J.M.W. Turner, Ash Class developed their layering, blending and splattering skills with watercolours. They then painted one landscape twice: once on a bright sunny day and the other on a dark, grey morning. For their final project they chose a landscape or seascape that they wanted to paint. They have become much less reliant on pencils now and can use a range of watercolour techniques. Well done, Ash Class!
For this photo album, each child in Ash Class chose the page of their sketchbook that they feel most proud of and we have photographed it for you to view on our school webpage.
