Pupil, Parent and Staff Views
We regularly collect feedback, including regular surveys of parents, students, and staff.
In recent surveys (Summer term 2025), here are some key points that have been shared:
A strength in our staff survey showed that staff felt that their feedback to the senior leadership team had impact. Examples of this include; a range of working parties to encourage involvement across the school in decision-making and implementation of new ideas. These include: improving the outdoor environment, promoting inclusion and staffroom development.
In our pupil survey:
98% of children said they felt safe at school
94% of children enjoy learning at school
98% of children felt that school encouraged children to respect people from different backgrounds
98% of children felt that bullying was dealt with by school
Children were asked how we can improve our school and make our classrooms better. Their responses included some of the following:
'More school rules'
'More writing'
'If there was a room where people with SEND could go to calm'
'I would have a quieter and smaller group to work with'
