School Improvement

Following our process of self evaluation, looking at both internal and statutory data, as a senior leadership team we have established the following set of priorities for this academic year. 

The GLT school improvement team have also supported the school in developing these objectives, and they have been shared with governors. 

We have shared our priorities with pupils during our assemblies and we will be setting them challenges throughout the year.

Through our 'Every Child Belongs' priority, we will be further developing our anti-bullying approach to ensure all stakeholders are familiar with the processes we use and highlighting kindness and inclusion throughout the school. We will also be reviewing our communication processes to ensure this is effective.
