SEN

Our SEN offer at Woodlands:

What does Woodlands Primary School offer children with special educational needs or disabilities?

At Woodlands, the inclusion of all our pupils is of the highest importance.  All children and young people are entitled to an appropriate education, one that is appropriate to their needs, promotes high standards and the fulfilment of potential.

Children sometimes need special support to help with their learning and educational journey. They may need this support for a short time or a longer period, but during this time they will be part of our Special Educational Needs (SEN) Register and we will keep a close eye on their progress, look carefully at what support they need and keep in close touch with their parents.

Please find more information about the GLT SEND Policy, which applies across all schools in GLT. This can be found here
